Space Rental

Our main event space is the newly renovated, Shade Hall. Shade Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and comes complete with a stage large enough to accommodate a band or DJ. Shade Hall is a bright, fresh and beautiful space with a high ceiling.  

Our Wendel Room provides guests with a smaller space accommodating up to 65 people. The Wendel Room is perfect for club gatherings, business meetings, intimate family parties, or receptions. 

Shade Hall – Rental time begins at arrival for set up and ends with departure from the building. $150/hr for the first 4 hours and $100/hour for hours 5 & 6.  Hours 7+ are $75/hour.  The minimum rental time is 4 hours. Guest capacity – 120.  If your event will be near or at guest capacity, you may wish to consider use of the no cost, adjacent Wendel Room for dedicated food and/or bar use.  This set up allows for seating for 120 and a large dance area in Shade Hall. 

Wendel Room – Available later afternoon & evenings and Sundays.  Saturday rentals are not available. $75/hr for the first 4 hours and $50/hr for additional hours.  The minimum rental time is 2 hours.  Guest Capacity – 65.   If your event requires side tables for food, gifts, etc., the number of guests is limited to 40.  (kitchen rental is not available for Wendel Room events)

Non-profit, charitable organizations receive a 10% discount.

You are welcome to BYOB, and to bring your own food or caterer.  White, round 60 inch tables and our new, white, comfortable chairs are included with your rental.

Parking

The Center provides ample parking, with 57 on-site spaces, including 10 accessible spaces. There is also generous on-street parking to supplement.
