The Kennett Area Senior Center is a non-profit organization serving the older residents of southern Chester County. The Center provides daytime, evening, and occasional weekend programs and services to help residents stay active, healthy, and involved, assisting them to remain independent.

January 22, 2021 – Chester County’s newest vaccine interest form was posted on January 22, 2021. It allows anyone who wants a vaccine to fill out the interest form AND they want you to fill it out even if you previously filled out another form(s)!
Please help us spread the word to people without e-mail: Instruct these individuals to call the Chester County Department of Health for assistance. The number is 610-344-6225. People can also be directed to contact their Personal Care Physicians and pharmacies. Medical specialists (cardiologists, rheumatologists etc.) also have a small supply of the vaccine. The Chester County Department of Health is extremely overwhelmed at this time but will call individual back as soon as possible.

2021 Tax Appointments with AARP Tax Aide – ALL APPOINTMENTS HAVE BEEN FILLED

Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency Response Planning
The situation around Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) changes almost hourly and the Kennett Area Senior Center continues to take proactive steps to be prepared for any possible outbreak and to keep our employees, volunteers, and guests informed, healthy, and safe.
As such, the Kennett Area Senior Center will remain vigilant in monitoring COVID-19 at the local and state-level to remain up-to-date on any local or state response and will engage in proactive prevention measures and respond in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak within the Kennett Area Senior Center.
